• To provide placement guidance to students who have completed training programs conducted by Yokogawa in the institution and based on academic excellence. However placement will not be assured.

• The Programme includes PROJECT INTERNSHIP which fulfils the academic requirement of Third Year and Final year engineering students of BTech. Joint monitoring will be done for the regular development of the students’ projects at TECHJEEVA TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. from time to time by Internal Guide as mutually agreed by both the parties.
• FACULTY TRAINING TECHJEEVA TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. would provide necessary training as an ongoing process on varied Leading edge Technologies and other relevant areas to the faculties /Professors of the College either at TECHJEEVA TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. Training Centre at Cochin or at Vimal Jyothi Engineering College, Chemperi
• PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TECHJEEVA may time to time assign research and product development in collaboration with college staff (AEI Dept.) to create Innovative products. A joint team comprising members of TECHJEEVA TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. and AEI department staffs of Vimal Jyothi Engineering College shall work in collaboration to accomplish the goals of the projects.

A good knowledge in PLC,SCADA,VFD,Control Panels and Industrial Networking will be rewarding career for engineers in the Streams of EEE/ECE/EIE/Mechatronics. • The purpose of the MoU is to specifically bring to the attention of the institute the relationship of Intel with the program and how the program is managed by FICE.
• To provide Intel Intelligent Systems Lab in the college based on Intel Galileo embedded technology.
• To deliver a high impact 4 days training programs for faculties and students by Intel approved trainers evaluated and certified by Intel and FICE.
• To train students on the latest Intel technology platform. 

• To allow HERE SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and Vimal Jyothi Engineering College to collaborate with HERE Nokia community expert program through Nokia Community Map Editor Tool. 
• To jointly verify, improve and maintain the freshness of the HERE map data though the Nokia Community Platform based on a collaboration framework ensuring educational, cultural and technological exchange.
• To provide exposure to the corporate world by the use of innovative tools.  
• To provide experience on map creator tools with the help of live projects.
• To help students to do internship projects.
• To motivate the students by the lectures from experts.

• The purpose of the MoU is to develop academic and educational cooperation and to promote mutual understanding between the Institutions.

• To make available the use of the existing facilities like laboratory, library, Workshop etc. at the ABE Chennai at nominal cost to the students/faculty for the approval project work.
• To allow the students for in-plant training and placement as well.
• To provide training in latest technologies will be provided to the faculty members.
• To provide the low-cost Embedded, DSP, FPGA boards to the concerned department according to mutually agreed requirements

• To make the students aware of the modern tool available for embedded systems.
• To provide deep understanding about the PSoC chips and the usage of them to design custom PCB.
• To familiarize with the industry standards.
• To attain knowledge on using the international standard on system design.
• To provide lab space for the use of donated cypress PSoC boards matching personal computer to one piece of equipment donated and work on this board for real time product development

The main lab activities concentrated are:

• Introduction to architecture, designing and manufacturing of PSoC
• Understanding and working with digital output
• PSoC creator design
• LCD as well as ADC interfacing
• Serial and parallel communication interfaces
• Student miniproject/mainproject using PSoC 

• The purpose of the MoU is to provide extensive continuing education programs in areas like technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.
• To provide programs which consists of imparting products and rendering services, including but not limited to training , testing, certification , management , quality control and audit for the purpose of training students.
• To offer programs in the campus for consumption by its students and faculty to enhance their prospects.
• Offers internship for eligible students.

Objectives:
